The model is composed of four parts, namely, welding machine body, industrial robot, laser generator and water chiller. In spite of its relatively large size, it is easy to move because of bottom universal casters.

Welding at Ultra-high Power

We have developed a special welding head that can weld sheet 2 times thicker than other models at least and cope with high-reflectivity materials. With more than one swing modes, its laser spot is of different shapes and sizes, just to weld sheets at different thicknesses and types.

Free-standing Water Chiller

Water-cooling device adopted usually cools welding head off by water. Compared with fan cooling, it has a relatively higher efficiency. Because of its free-standing structure, the higher running safety and easier maintenance will come true.
