We have been using the Senfeng Laser Cutting Machines for more than 2 years and these machines are the best you can get now, they have an excellent performance at very low maintenance cost.

Looked for a laser in our budget & found Senfeng after a while of searching. Got one of their in stock units and delivery was quick. We had an issue with our chiller unit but it was diagnosed and solved by their technician Roy. He set it up real quick and gave a great demonstration on running the laser. Even after the initial startup any questions I have Roy answers them right away and keeps us smooth sailing.

First, the laser welder is awesome! I'm not a great welder by any stretch, but I was welding. 063 aluminum in just a few minutes and it came out great.The CNC 1500W machine for my needs is awesome. Was cutting my test files at 480 ipm, with rapids at 1400.Impressed to say the least. Ended up purchasing 2 SF3015G cnc's and 2 1500 watt laser welders.

We recently purchased a Senfeng 3015H 5x10 laser with a 3K IPG resonator. From the first initial contact with Bin in California right up through delivery, installation and training, we have been very happy with the service that Senfeng has provided. We have also been very satisfied and pleasantly surprised with the build quality and performance of our new laser. It has met and exceeded our expectations.

I was hesitant to purchase an over-seas machine at first however the price point they were able to offer for the quality of machine was unbeatable. Their customer service has been really amazing - better than most any other company I have dealt with - they even have technicians available 24/7 to help with any problems, including simply diagnosing cut issues.

I bought a 3kw fiber laser a little over a year ago. The team at Senfeng were very helpfull with all the questions and information I needed when planing the purchase and install. Jared was very patient with me and helped me get the right set up.William was exelent help setting up the machine and helping us learn the in's and out's. Since we have had our machine we have had very few issues.

We have been running a table/tube system for about 2 years now. Our main reason we went with Senfeng was that they had the ability to address a downtime issue in a 1-2 day period. They have techitions stateside as well as replacement equipment. This was our main concern when starting our company and is why we chose to work with Senfeng.
