From May 8 to 17, 2024, Yan Wenrui, an overseas technical engineer from SENFENG, traveled to Istanbul, Turkey, to install SF3015H 6kW fiber laser cutter mahine for a local customer.

After arrival, first of all, he unpacked the machine to check all accessories, installed footing anchor, adjusted the machine’s level, and planned its actual locating place. Next, he installed the laser cutting head, organized wiring path, and conducted a power-on test. After that, he set up the remaining sheet metals, debugged its double exchange platforms and cutting processes to ensure everything was functioning properly and that the new machine could operate normally.

After the fiber laser cutter installation was completed, Yan provided operational training for the customer’s worker. Since the worker already had relevant experience, he was able to quickly get the hang of the fiber laser cutter’s configurations and operating steps after a brief introduction. Additionally, to assess the worker’s proficiency and verify the new fiber laser cutter’s actual cutting performance, Yan and the worker conducted on-site proofing using carbon steel, in order to ensure that the cutting speed and quality met the customer’s actual needs.

Due to the customer’s urgent need to start mass production, Yan intentionally stayed at the customer’s factory for additional 2 days to address any unexpected issues promptly.

It was learned that this customer decided to purchase SENFENG fiber laser cutter at the recommend of other local customers, which fully demonstrates the trust that both new and regular customers have in the quality of our products. It also reflects the growing influence of SENFENG brand in Turkey and the Eurasian regions.
