On October 23, 2024, a representative from Egypt visited SENFENG’s headquarters in Jinan, Shandong Province, China, for a two-week training program. The visit included a comprehensive tour of SENFENG’s production lines, showcasing a variety of products such as fiber laser cutting machines, laser welders, fiber laser devices, bending machines, laser cleaning machines, laser cladding machines, and tube laser cutting machines. This hands-on experience allowed the agent to gain a deeper understanding of SENFENG’s current production capabilities and business operations.

During the visit, Ahmed Shaaban was accompanied by the after-sales team, engaging in practical training on fiber laser source maintenance services and fiber laser devices. The interaction was both productive and enjoyable, highlighting the strong rapport built between the agent and the SENFENG team. The hands-on experience provided the agent with valuable insights into the intricacies of the technology and service processes that SENFENG offers.

Additionally, the agent visited a client site in Shandong Province, where SENFENG’s equipment is actively used in metal processing. This field visit allowed the agent to observe the performance of SENFENG’s fiber laser devices in real-world production settings, further solidifying their confidence in the quality and reliability of the products.
