On October 12, 2024, SENFENG’s engineer Yang Shuo traveled to Peru to assist a key client with the installation of newly acquired equipment, which included the laser welder, the BDE25032 press brake, and a 3015H fiber laser cutter. Yang’s visit provided comprehensive on-site support, ensuring the customer’s team gained a thorough understanding of each machine’s operation and maintenance.

First, Yang trained the team on the laser welder, demonstrating the best operating techniques and welding parameter adjustments to improve accuracy and efficiency. Then, he oversaw the installation and tuning of the press brake, developing custom bending programs tailored to the client’s production needs. He covered essential aspects such as safety protocols, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting, giving the team a solid foundation for safe and effective use.

Finally, Yang’s focus was on the fiber laser cutting machine, where he provided hands-on instruction on operating techniques and maintenance. The client highly appreciated Yang’s expertise and noted his patience and professionalism throughout the training process. As the scope of the new machine was initially overwhelming, the client praised Yang’s support in helping them make this transition smoothly.
