On September 28, 2024, SENFENG’s engineer, Han Jingshi, arrived in Malaysia to assist a customer with the installation of their new CNC laser tube cutter. The two-week project focused on setting up the machine to meet the customer’s specific cutting requirements.

Upon completion of the installation, Han optimized the cutting parameters based on the customer’s needs, fine-tuned the CNC laser tube cutter, and addressed any alarm issues that arose during testing. He also provided comprehensive training to the customer’s engineers, covering maintenance, care, and basic operational methods for the equipment. The hands-on training included practical exercises where the engineers operated the machine directly, allowing them to ask questions and receive immediate guidance.

The customer expressed deep gratitude for Han’s dedicated assistance, highlighting how beneficial it was to have an engineer travel to Malaysia specifically for this purpose. They noted that Han’s professional expertise significantly helped their team resolve numerous challenges.

The customer emphasized that purchasing the CNC laser tube cutter is just the beginning of their journey. Ongoing support, training, and professional guidance are crucial for maximizing the machine’s potential and ensuring successful operations in the long run.
