From July 28 to August 8, 2024, SENFENG engineer Jiang Anjian arrived at the agency in Izmir, Turkey, to install the newly purchased SF3015H fiber laser cutting machine and provide relevant operational training to the agency. This training aimed to ensure that the agency fully understood the machine’s performance, advantages and operating steps, enabling them to navigate the local market more effortlessly.

During the installation, Jiang made meticulous plans for his daily work and guided the agency in preparatory works accordingly. He first installed platforms, laser cutting head, water chiller, laser generator, voltage stabilizer, transformer and other relevant components, tested the electrical system, and then unlocked & debugged CNC control system. After installation completed, he conducted thorough testing and inspection of various hardware & software to ensure the new machine could operate normally.

After identifying the agency’s actual needs, he carried out proofing on the new machine, in order to test cutting effects of 1-30mm thick stainless steel, aluminum plate and galvanized sheet by using nitrogen and air as auxiliary gas. Ultimately, smooth cut surface of stainless steel was highly regarded by the agency.

Additionally, to maximize material utilization, Jiang also installed automatic nesting software for the machine. He then spent two days training the agency on how to use the software, such as, create processing files on site, and conduct trial runs on the machine. He provided practical training for the operators, incl. make startup order clear, adjust the laser center, open processing files, select the corresponding cutting process, change nozzles of appropriate models, calibrate capacitance and air pressure, and test three-point edge tracking. This ensured that the agency could operate independently after Jiang’s departure and start production at high efficiency.
